Black Forest Decanter Character Faces Carved On Bottle Glasses Antique Austria

  

Exceptional and unique - Black Forest CARVED Antique WOOD and GLASS Character Liquor Bottle & Glasses. The green glass liquor bottle is 11 tall and encased with a plaster-like material holding pieces of Black Forest wood, then 2 hand-carved wood faces each measuring approx 5 tall by 3 wide are looking out from the bottom half of the bottle. There is also a wood handle on the back side of the decanter bottle. The artists name is written on the wood piece between the faces, it is not legible.

The original cork piece has been repaired and is held onto the bottle by a twine loop. The top of the cork is a hand painted flower with pink hues.

There are 6 encased wooded glasses, with an emblem on the bottom (cross & hammer) and (looks like) 2 c z Embossed on the top of each glass. No chips or cracks on the glasses or the decanter bottle.

The glasses can be hung onto the liquor bottle with their twines by a twisted copper metal band. It is in excellent condition. Other than the cork glued back together there is no damage or repairs. IS COMPOSED OF BASE LIQUOR bottle AND 6 VESSELS, ALL HAND CARVED.
