C1920 Peking Glass Black Cat Overlaid on White Snuff Bottle with Cap and Spoon. Presented is a beautifully made 1920's Chinese Peking cased glass snuff bottle with a glass cap and attached spoon. This bottle is in white with a high relief black glass overlay carving of a cat and butterfly on one side, and a long-feathered bird on the other. The smooth rounded top is lustrous red, with a green ceramic rim and red wooden spoon. There are no marks on the piece.

The condition of the bottle is very good, with just minimal surface wear visible with close scrutiny. The stopper is missing its cork and so the cap sits atop the bottle flatly but loosely. Examine our well-focused photos to see the visual details.
