Ca 1900 Black Starr & Frost Sterling Over Glass Bottle Bottom Removes for Drinking Cup - Lockable! Size 3 7/8 tall, 2 1/4 wide and 3/4 thick Monogrammed on side and on top.

The bottom easily slides off for a drinking cup. Gold washed inside of cup. The lid rotates within the hinge which will lock or unlock the bottle.
