Rare Blenko Glass table lamp, based off of the Large Mushroom Bottle decanter designed by Winslow Anderson. The decanter, not the lamp itself, can be referenced as #5719 and is found in the 1957 & 1958 Blenko Catalog.

The glass color is Charcoal, and the base is a clean smooth, round sculpted walnut. The power cord appears to be pretty clean, and the lamp works great just as it should. The glass itself is in pretty nice condition except for one scratch up at the top (pictured). The scratch can be felt with your finger when rubbed across. I have never tried removing a scratch from glass, so I do not know if this would be an easy fix or not.... You can just face this towards the wall though... There are also some stretch marks, and an infused bubble, all of which are from the factory when they originally blew this piece. These are not really visible, nor is the scratch, unless you are really looking closely. In everyday typical display you would not notice anything.

The inside of the glass might need some very minor cleaning, but it has never really bothered me much when looking at it. The lamp is stamped with the Blenko maker's mark on the bottom of the walnut base, and this piece measures roughly 28 tall to the top of the original matching finial. The lamp measures roughly 17" tall to the top of the glass (not including the light socket), and 9" in diameter.
