THIS CIRCA EARLY 1700-20 DUTCH ONION WINE, CAME FROM A DIVE OFF THE ISLAND OF KEY LARGO, IN THE THE FLORIDA KEYS, BACK IN THE 1960'S, AND IS IN CLEAN OCEAN FOUND FROM A SHIPWRECK CONDITION. THERE ARE NO CRACKS, BRUISES, FLASHES, DINGS, ABRASIONS, OR POT STONES.
IT DOES HAVE SOME ENTRAPPED BUBBLES, SUSPENDED IMPURITIES, INTERIOR HAZE, AND WHITTLE THROUGHOUT. THIS BEAUTY IS 6 7/8" HIGH FROM THE OUT OF ROUND, 5 3/8" ACROSS, BIG BLOWPIPE PONTILED, AND DEEPLY INDENTED BASE, UP TO THE HAND FASHIONED, THICK CRUDE, OVERLAPPING STRING LIP, AS SHOWN. HERE IS A CHANCE TO GET A NICE CONDITION, 300 YEAR OLD OLIVE GREEN/BLACK COLOR DUTCH ONION WINE, AT A REASONABLE PRICE. THE PRICE JUST KEEPS GOING UP ON THESE.
