Early 1800's Black Glass Rum Bottle Sand Pontil Bell Shape Bottom

  

Up for sale is a C1800's black glass rum or whiskey bottle. It is likely Dutch in manufacture with several entrained air bubbles and a crude bell shaped bottom.

Sand pontiled and a tooled top, like many of these Dutch black glass bottles are. Fairly clean inside, somewhat worn, somewhat shiny on the outside.

No chips, dings, cracks or any damage to this piece. Really nice bottle of the period and displays very nicely.
