EICKHOLT STUDIOS MILLEFIORI FLOWER ART GLASS PERFUME CIRCA 2000. We have the privilege to offer you this signed and dated, Eickholt Studios millefiori flower art glass, perfume. Done in beautiful colors of pinks, green, white, yellow and black, it is etched signed, Eickholt 2000 PFCR.
Measures 7 1/4" tall by 3 1/2" at the widest point and 4 1/2 tall without the glass stopper/dauber. Has the original beautiful clear glass stopper/dauber, which looks like a tall tear drop. It is in beautiful condition with no cracks, chips or flea bites.The pictures do it no justice at all, it is just stunning in person. Eickholt Studios was started by Robert Eickholt in 1978 in Columbus, Ohio.
He studied glass blowing in Berkely, California and in May of 2013 he announced he retired. This gorgeous perfume bottle would accentuate any perfume or Eickholt glass collection.We will do our best to describe each item as accurately as possible. Spindle turnings will not be uniform and swell unevenly with age. Woods tend to get stress fractures on support systems and where wide board construction is used.85% of 18th Century veneers have had some restoration during their life. Pine secondary woods might fracture, making overlays and veneers have the same fracture lines. Old finishes might alligator, fade, fisheye or darken, depending on where the pieces was placed.
All of these are desired by a true collector and gives it personality. Do not expect these early pieces to be like new. These pieces age gracefully just as we do, giving them unique personality.We do our best to describe and photograph all items thoroughly, but handle a quantity of pieces every day and might miss something.
