Gorgeous Old BLACK Glass PERFUME BOTTLE, ART DECO Faceted Shape. Gorgeous vintage heavy black glass perfume bottle measuring 7 in height - weight is 1.6 pounds before packing. Featuring a faceted Art Deco shape with ground edges, it has a chrome collar and brass tiered top with spray port - the handle is unusual - appears to be solid Bakelite or a similar material, in an elliptical shape with a hinged mount as shown. Bottle is empty, but has just a hint of perfume smell if I hold it up to my nose - push is stiff. Believe it dates 1920s or 1930s in era - it is a lovely and unusual vintage perfume bottle - wonderful addition to any collection or display!
