Production technique: Hand Blown Glass. 14 7/8 x 3 1/8 Inches. Joe began glassblowing at San Francisco State University in 1992. Since then he has traveled, studied and taught extensively in the United States and abroad. Joe has taught at workshops and universities for over ten years, including the Rhode Island School of Design, the California College of Arts and Crafts and, most recently, at California State University Fullerton in Orange County. He has received numerous awards, residencies and fellowships, including the Creative Glass Center of America residency, and the Modesto Lanzone Award from the Italian-American Museum in San Francisco.
