Midwest, possibly Hemingray Glass Company, Covington, Kentucky. Early crude 3 piece mold. Dimensions 10" X 3 1/2". Base to neck is 6.

Normal wear on the base. Bubbly crude glass, superior condition.

Filled with tiny seed bubbles with a few inclusions scattered about. Stretch marks in the neck. It has not been dug.

Somebody put this bottle on a shelf 150 years ago and saved it from the ravages of time. A rare early Cincinnati porter or ale. I've included 2 photos that show light being transmitted by a 150 Watt light bulb at close range.
