Large Perfume Bottle Black glass hand painted floral Victorian signed 33

  
This is an antique perfume bottle with an elaborate stopper. To me this looks like a Victorian age piece, but I've been unable to find it's origin. It is black glass, hand blown and hand painted with the sweetest blue floral each side is a bit different. It is signed 33 in the same blue paint on the bottom. There is a trace of gold paint but the trim around the stopper has worn away. There is one chip on one of the waves on the stopper as shown in the photos. This piece is a stunner!

Dimesions: 7 3/4" tall, bottle is 5" tall, stopper is 4" total, base is 2.5" square.
