Antique 1800s Dutch Onion Black Glass Bottle String Lip Pontil. There is base wear and surface scratching.

String lip has what I think is a in-making defect. Last, the interior appears to be be flaking and have crazing type spider cracks; it is as if there is a second layer of glass inside the bottle. In fact, when I cleaned the bottle (water and soap only) a few flakes of glass came out.

However, the outside is intact, there are no cracks that reach the surface. Will be packed very carefully as not to incur any damage.
